What is the best hotel to stay in Atlanta Georgia if you want to be in walking distance to jazz, R&B, clubs?

hmm.... a hotel by clubs..... hmmm

well the dance clubs are spread all over now because the Buckhead club zone shut down. so you will have to drive to all the best dance clubs.

there are 3 jazz clubs pretty close to hotels: Dante's in Buckhead, Sambuccas in Buckhead, and Churchill Down in Midtown on Peachtree rd.

Buckhead's hotels are not cheap though. Pick your poison (Intercontinental hotel, Westin, Ritz-Carlton, there is a suites hotel on Pharr road but I forgot the name). Intercontinental is across the street from Dante's and a couple blocks from Sambuccas.

Across the street from Churchills on Peachtree is a nice hotel called Georgian Terrance. Churchills is right next door to the Fox theater.
