Anyone dealt with real estate wholesalers in metro Atlanta area to purchase rehab investment homes?

looking for useful info when working with wholesalers--price negotiating, good tools for finding comps, estimating rehab costs, good hard money funding sources etc..

I work for an Atlanta area wholesaler. I would be more than happy to answer any questions you have. I pull my comps from MLS and Realquest, our aquisition agents have home inspection backgrounds and use certified appraisers and inspections to back their estimates. We are also hard money lenders.
