I suggest going on hotels.com I always use their site when I travel, they have the best deals and reviews there. Mostly all hotels around downtown should have pools. Since the aquarium is downtown, any hotel that is downtown, midtown or in buckhead should be fine.

If you are renting a car any of those will work. If you want to be in walking distance or are taking a cab, call the number on hotels.com and you an speak with someone and they will tell you how close the hotels are to the aquarium.

The Westin Peachtree is awesome, the tallest hotel in the world. They have a pool on the 9th floor (!), and it's walking distance to the Aquarium.

Check hotels around PeachTree Center Station Days Inn is 2 blocks from the aquarium, doest have an indoor pool but it has an outdoor one. $66 a night off of Spring st, and Baker st
