Family with young children
The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and the updated television and the well stocked fridge(although we didn't use anything), it was nice to know that whatever we needed was w/in reach and we could be billed w/out leaving the room.

Solo Traveler
Everything was excellent
except for the crabcake, ordered through room service, which was too wet and strong tasting.

Family with young children
staff were to busy to be cheerful, alarm clock kept buzzing, there was limited information in the room, only room service menu When my son paid for his breakfast with $20, he had to hunt the waiter down for his change.

Solo Traveler
Efficient and fast room service; I found what I'd ordered (rotisserie chicken salad) surprisingly good.
There was no closet in the room...unless I couldn't find it? There was an $8.00 dollar charge on my bill; I asked for explanations at check out; there was a lot of humming and hawing and they could not come up with a convincing answer; I didn't press the point.

Young couple
It was a wonderful hotel with an excellent price.
The hotel staff was poor. When we got to the hotel, they did not have our reservation and even though I showed them our confirmation from booking.com they seemed not to believe that it was actually booked. It took a long time and we had to speak to management (who seemed not to trust us that it was booked also) and eventually we received a room. It was a horrible experience.
