Are there any spoken word poetry events coming up on Sat. July 12, 2008 in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas?

It's my boyfriend's 28th birthday and he really love poetry. I was thinking a nice classy place.

I unfortunately can't find anything for you on the 12th, but I was able to locate a Poetry Slam/Spoken Word performance at the Apache Cafe in Atlanta that occurs on -Sundays- at 7 PM. I'm sorry I wasn't able to be more help re: Saturday, though :\

From what I gleaned from examining it, it looks like a really cool place that a person who loves poetry would like to go -- my boyfriend -is- a poet and I'm a literature nerd, and we'd both enjoy it. :) I put the link in the source, in case you're interested.
