since you said cheapest and didnt specify any time duration...i'd have to think greyhound bus. well, there is hitchhiking from a truckstop...but... i wouldn't suggest that. male or female traveler... :) searching the travel sites (travelocity.com, kayak.com, mobissimo.com) 14-21 days in advance of travel can sometimes turn up some good deals considering how quickly they get you there. once you find a good fare there, go to the airline's website directly and see if its a tad cheaper. Sometimes by $5-10 less.
