How much liquor can you buy at an airport duty free shop and take on a flight from atlanta USA to London?

i will be flying with aircanda with a connection in Toronto.
I am not looking to drink on the plane, just to have while i am there, because it will be so expensive in london.

If you bring it on, you'll ruin the flight for everyone. And it makes the flight worse.
