Where is the best place to go around Atlanta for snow so the kids can sled and play - Hotel recommendation?

Atlanta rarely gets snow. IF we do, its a dusting and the city has no place to go sledding IF it ever did snow. So, really there is nowhere around here to even think about snow. Closest place is going to be up in the north GA mountains or Tennessee.
