Can I travel to China once I have completed my state parole terms?

I am currently serving my remaining jail terms under parole supervision. I served 1 year in jail and 2 years under parole supervision. What is the possibility that parole in Virginia will end my 2 years term early for good behaviors? What do I have to due in order to meet this? And will China restrict a State Felony from entering their country?

I don't think your problem will be with China. Certain offenses make you ineligible for passport privileges. I don't think the US government will let you have a passport.

Felons can't leave the country,Canada won't let you in either.

I would contact the State Department and ask them. Every country has different terms in which they will allow people to enter their countries. For example they may allow you to visit the country if you plan on vacationing, but they may deny you from obtaining a work visa or student visa. The State Department will be able to answer your question.
