Is there a boat travelling from China to California? Thanks!?

There is another air crash in US. Plane is not so safe as cars because there are more trips in cars in all. Is there a boat from China to California? Thanks!

i would think you'd have to change boats somewher along the way!! maybe japan!!

You can't use a car due to the large body of water in the way. Safe or not, a plane is the fastest.

If you want to get from China to California by boat for the experience I would tell you to go for it for sure! Be prepared to spend a lot of time "ship hopping" and bull****ing your way on board to do odd jobs like cleaning and cooking.
It is possible to do. A friend of mine traveled from California to Australia without flying. He did it because it was on his things to do list for his life. It took him 18 months. He also had experience working on ships previous to his adventure. He spent a lot of time traveling and not a lot of time seeing much of anything. Still, a cool thing to do.
As for advice on how to do it: Go down to the docks and ask around.
