You will encounter a variety of weather as these cities are located all over the country.

I suggest bring clothes you can layer. You shouldn't need anything heavier than a sweater or a light jacket. Of course, if all else fails, you can always buy what you don't have as clothing isn't very expensive here.

Enjoy your trip!

so i assume u mid of Apr or ebd of Apr?? that wil be spring time in china aldy. so just pack some spring clothes. Gulin, Yangshou, Shanghai wil be a bit warmer as they not very north. but beijing, xian might stil a bit windy or cold at nite.

weather turned to be v frustrated now worldwide. early Mar in Beijing was just -4 to 6 daily. but i saw on the news, this week they r hving 22 + sunny. but then... next week they wil drop again to minus. so??

b4 u go... chk the china weather in the above website. it's HK yahoo so they r more accurate abt china temp. if u r chking those world's site or western 1. they usually mess up (i tried that b4).

although this website is in chinese only... u can just type in the Eng city's nm on the top left column & they wil stil pop up the city in Eng. good luck!

You will be encountering a variety of weather from cold to humid to hot. It will be better to have some warm clothes as well. Just check the weather of the cities at http://weather.yahoo.com/
