I am going to visit China, Peking for one week till 15 of December. When is the weather the best to visit China, to choose the beginning of November or beginning of December? I want to avoid the rainy days, so I can visit more places? Thank you.

It's very cold in Beijing from Nov.-March.The best season for visiting Beijing is Autumn( Sep.-Oct.). It very dry in Beijing in Autumn and Winter.
China is very large, if u wanner travel in warm place, u'd better go to Hainan or Guangdong in winter.
Here is some places of interst in Beijing, please click the link, because it's a little long~

It doesn't really rain in BJ. It's an arid environment. Dust storms are more common than rain. Early November is better because it won't be as cold.

the best that I can tell you is to go to this website (http://uk.ask.com/web?q=china+weather+in+november&qsrc=999&l=dis&sit eid=41439050) and this website ( http://uk.ask.com/web?q=china+weather+in+december&qsrc=1&o=41439050& l=dis&dm=all) for that....otherwise until a week before the beginning of November and December you'll be able to find out the exact weather that's expected. Best of luck!
