You will almost certainly need vaccinations for typhoid, polio, hepatitis and others, unless you are up-to-date with any childhood ones. What you need depends on where you are going.
Just because somewhere has mosquitoes doesn't mean it has malaria, but if it does, there's no vaccine..you have to take tablets. Go and see a doctor as soon as possible as some vaccines require more than one jab before they're effective. You may need to start up to 6 weeks before you're due to travel. A doctor or travel clinic will also be able to advise on malaria tablets. |

If you want to make it safe then go for it but my beau and I traveled a lot of times and we didn't have any vaccinations but we're still alive and kicking. lol Anyways, you know what to do to avoid mosquito bites or other possible infections or diseases. After all, prevention is better than cure so it's really up to you. <*-*>
