Yes. TGV from Paris will stop at Schipiol airport before Amsterdam

There are connections by Thalys high speed train every hour between Paris Nord and Schiphol. Most of them require change of trains in Brussels.
But there are also four direct trains leaving Paris at 6:55, 9:55, 12:55 and 15:55 which take little over four hours to get to Schiphol.
