where do you come out from the amsterdam airport?

The arrivals hall is on the ground floor. Departuress is on the 1st floor.
From the arrival hall, you can catch a train to Amsterdam (10 minutes), The Hague, and Rotterdam. In front of the arrival hall, you can catch a bus to Amsterdam or grab a taxi (about 45 bucks to Amsterdam).

It depends. There is more than one exit, but the whole airport is only one terminal so you cannot get lost.
Just follow the exit for the trains, buy a ticket from the counter, then follow all the other tourists.
30 minutes and you will be in Central Station, Amsterdam. The driver will announce this before you arrive.
