If you want an honest answer and you are flying soon then the answer is no
Even without delays and after taxing & disembarking, (and assuming your luggage is automatically loaded on the flight to France) it can take 25-30 mins from the gate to passport control and then you would have to buy a ticket for the train. Trains leave from the airport to A'dam central station every 15 mins and it takes about 15-20mins
This itself is not a problem, but the return journey it. At this time of year passport control is very busy and I have seen queues stretching around the airport before now. Then after getting through passport control you may again have 25-30 mins walking to your gate
Therefore I really would not risk it. Schiphol airport is quite a nice one to spend some time at, so sit back and relax in one of the "easy chairs" or have a coffee at the Panorama restaurant watching the planes (or there are internet connections, a casino, shops etc etc) so I would advise you stay inside passport control in Schiphol to avoid problems
