Can you smoke in the Amsterdam hotels?

I know some allow you but can you in the Tulip Inn (Amsterdam Centre)??

Depends when you go, because a smoking ban comes in for all public places sometime this year

P.S. - the roll-out of the smoking ban (tobacco in public places including cafe's, bars etc) already took place 01/Jul this year
