This is a site with 235 hotels in Amsterdam and 202 still have rooms available. So this should work: http://www.bookings.org/country/nl.en.html

There are a ridiculous amount of hotels in amsterdam..your bound to find a handful that fits your budget and time frame. GOOD LUCK!
