Does internal bleeding occur during air travel?

Hi.....can anyone tell me regarding internal bleeding during air travel?
while travelling by plane(this was a short haul flight with journey time of about 5 hrs) i experienced severe pain on my eyebrows...after this tears started coming out of my eyes.
It was just as if some pipe had broken internally and caused very bad pain....
Can someone please explain the reason for this and the possible medical treatment.

i would definilty talk to your doctor if the pain didnt go away...also to aleviate your fear...sounds like air pressure starting in your ears and it gave you a head ache good luck
