Default I am traveling to Puerto rico by air dec. 22, 2007 and returing jan. 5, 2008, do I need a passport?

Probally. you need a passport anywhere out of the country. Get one just to be safe too. Maybe you don't but you probally will even to get to a territory and it is always good to have a passport.

No you don't we pwned PR a long time ago, it's a territory of the US, and the needing passports thing doesn't kick in till may 08.
BTW PR rocks very hard.

you should need a passport. they wouldn't alloy you to fly if you don't have one.

No, PR is a common wealth of the USA and no passport is needed. Be sure you have valid ID..

I don't think you do because it is considered a US territory. it's like flying to Alaska or Hawaii, which are states, and you don't a passport for those places.
