To the best of my knownledge only one budget airline (Ryanair) is concidering charges £1 to use the toilet on board.

Another long haul budget airline (Asia air) which operates out of London stansted charges you to put luggage in the haul, deppending on the weight (i.e the heavier the suitcase the more they charge to check it in) and also for meals

Ryanair, a discount carrier in Europe is seriously considering this. They are working with Boeing to develop a door in which you swipe your credit card before entering. I doubt that the concept will work. People may be so put off that they use the bathroom at the airport before boarding or they will stop purchasing beverages from all Ryanair flights. Since Ryanair generates revenue from selling drinks, they will see a plunge in revenue from beverage sales.

Only Ryanair. I suggest you don't travel with them.
