everything will be fine, most airlines have their own baby seats but you have to pay for an extra seat, or you can just sit with him on your lap. Also if you are hiring a car usually the company have baby seats for hire and they will fit it into the car for you. all you realy need to bring is a pram. Also most hotels or places to stay have portable cots to hire when you get there. You can take your own but its a lot easier just to hire them when you get there. Also if your worried about stressing your baby on the flight go and see your doctor before you go and they will perscribe a herbal sedative so they you little one will just sleep through the whole thing.
hope this helps |

It is tough for a 5 month old to be confined in one spot for 3 hours.
Make sure you pack the toy's he likes, even age appropriate picture books for him to look at. They do get easily bored with one or two items, so bring plenty to amuse him. Now for safety... He will be fine without a car seat. We use car seats for the CAR, That's why we call them car seats. I hate to say... if the plane was to go down... do you honestly think it will save him?. I would rather have my child in my arms. You don't have much room for even a carrier. When he's tired, he will fall asleep, although... it depends on the time you leave. he may not sleep at all. If he is cranky when he's tired... make sure he gets plenty of sleep. Just bring plenty of toy's, not noisy ones. Have fun, be safe. |
