The lower part of my leg was very painful. Even after 1 week it was still painful. When I got on the plane again to come back, the pain came again, very badly. It was to the point that I could not even drive. It took a few months before this pain fully went away? I'm now terrified to get on a plane again. Any ideas of what this could have been?
I went to my doctor, even the hosital. It was not a blood clot. Doctors could not find anything wrong. It is fine now. If it was that I was tense, is there anything that I can take if I ever get on a plane again? |

If it was deep vein thrombosis then this is a life threatening situation and you might have a blood clot in your leg. VP Cheney has this and is on blood thinners for this ailment which is quite common in people who fly. You need to see a Dr and get an evaluation before you fly again. You may need to go on blood thinners. I'd see a Dr tomorrow.
