it's all up to individuals.. but by right, it should alright since u are now in the "honeymoon" period whereby everything should have stablised by now.

but it is more advisable to consult your doc before flying.

Yes its ok, unless you are still have dizzy spells or anyother complications. Check with your Doc

I think It's base on what purpose of your travelling is, if it's an important case such as business trip for your company, that's no choice ,just to go ,but for vacation or something else not so urgent, it better not to fly. It's good for your baby in a stable and safe condition in the initial stage .

Consult your Dr...I flew at 4 months all I can say is wear comfortable shoes and when your Doctor tells you to get up and walk every two hours DO IT....I was wearing really comfy shoes, and it looked like my feet were going to explode they were so swollen...but I didn't walk around during my 5 hour flight...Oh by the way I haven't really had any other problems with swollen feet aside from that and I am 6.5 mths... Good luck have a nice trip.
