Take your antihistamines. Pressure can be dangerous on flights and when your sinuses are backed up its not a great feeling. Standard over the counter Anti histimines will help to open you up and also help you to snooze on the flight.

Oh goodness! The last plane ride I took to San Diego, my head was killing me and the entire flight was just horrible. The problem I had was that I hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before - more like no sleep - and I hadn't eaten breakfast - never do that! Lol. Also the pressure on the plane itself was set very wrong and more than one person complained about it. I hope you feel better!
