just put in some food a treat some water and her favorite tor with her for some comfort maybe even buy a pet bed for her so she isn't laying on somethig hard bear in mind that she will be with luggage and in a crate she will probably get a little scared but when she gets off just comfort her as much as you can

If he's >20 pounds he can ride with you but if he's more he's gonna have to be in a kennel and down below with the luggage. I hate to say this but if he's a dog that might go crazy on a plane you might just have to drug him. I suggest tiring him out before the flight, make sure he has no rest between, drug him (if necessary) and climb aboard. He should be out for at least half of the flight, going crazy for 1-2 hrs, and giving up until unloading.
