It depends on wind speed. Also, the higher the balloon goes, the less dense the air gets and the slower the balloon rises. There are many outside variables to consider in this question...
i would think that the higher it gets the more pressure there is like in an airplane (or vise versa...lower pressure) and the ballon explodes but idk how high that would be
