Kenya ,Zimbabwe,South Africa and the ivory coast.

check HTTP//rustlers valley ,if you are into new age,or Franshoek mountainlodge in the freestate if you like horses
Kruger park (SA)and .Wankie game park (Victoria falls)for the big five

South Africa is probably the best because it's more technologically advanced and I don't think they have any wars going on over there :)
