I'm having a hard time even finding the language spoken where I'll be in South Africa - the Agincourt field site in Limpopo Province. From a language map I found online, it appears to be Xitsonga. Can anyone help?

I think getting an English/Xitsonga dictionary will give you even more hard time because correct pronounciation will be your next problem. More than 90% of South African citizens know English and you shouldn't have a problem. Otherwise you can practise the basics that Rummy have given you already.
