One of the biggest is a company called Roberts, here is link to their site:
http://www.robertshawaii.com/ That being said, it would still be better for you to find a different friend to travel with. The reason is it's cheaper as singles are charged much more. There is also the fact that Hawaii is a very tourist friendly location, you don't really need to use a tour group to begin with. Almost everyone travels independently to Hawaii unless you are a foreigner or very old. Lots of single women travel to Hawaii on vacation, it's not really a big deal (unless you are under age). If you are in school, they sometimes have a club headed to Hawaii during the summer. You can also try to see if any church groups in your area are planning a trip. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me. |

It really depends what island your going. But I have 2 suggestions for you. How about flying to Oahu and getting on one of local cruise ships? We have the Pride of Aloha and the Pride of America. http://www.ncl.com you can take a look at this site and see what they have to offer. You not only get to experience one island on your trip but multiples. As for your tours there are tours that you can book on the ship or and I always tell people this, there are local independent tour operator that will be standing out side of the terminal and they will offer you a better tour of the island for a CHEAPER PRICE! there is no better way to get a tour of the island but by a local resident, and don't worry if you decided to come by yourself you will make friends aboard a ship. My 2nd suggestion would be find another friend to come on over with you. Take a look at all of our islands and see what island catches your attention, then take a look and see if any of these websites can help you choose what to do on that island.
