WOULDNT SHE NEED A PASSPORT TO GO BY LAND?

She would not need a passport, but as she is underage, she may need parental permission.

She will need proof of citizenship and a government issued photo id.

And a note from her parents. Notarized.

Her original birth certificate and a drivers licence will do. However, if there is any way of doing so, you should definitelly try to get her a passport. Everbody should have one.
