What can I do with my heavy bags when I travel? I am returning to U.S. but starting in Africa. Mail is unsafe.

Starting in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and returning to the United States after a month of travel. I have been living in Dar es Salaam and acquired enough things that my bags will be over the airline limit. I do not trust the mail system but this may be my only choice.

You can ship as many bags as you can afford... the current fees are something like $15 for the 1st bag, $50 for the second, $150 for the third; $500 for the fourth etc... you can easily ring up a $1000 tab or more to bring your treasures home to the U.S.
