Are OBEs & Astral Travel the same??

(Seems like the more I learn..the more confused I get.lol)

yup, exactly the same. Technically I think an OBE is more when you've had a near death experience, at least that's my thoughts on it, but they're not really different.

Astral projection is when you just lift out of your body, and can see yourself, without going anywhere....This is how it all started with me when i was around 8 years old, id float out of my body every night and just float to the top of the ceiling, then back down.....

Astral and OBE,s are the same...you are out of your body, and travelling astrally...(just in spirit) is journeying out on the astral plain, which can take you anywhere, there are no limits.....

Astral Projection and Astral Travel are two different things.

The difference is vague.

A.P is essentially allowing a 'soul' like being enter an overlapping 'astral' plane where you can go anywhere without obeying basic laws like gravity and traveling through walls on other planes.
It is an OBE because you are technically out side of the body.

and OBE is anything where you are conscious outside of your human body and still not inhabiting any sort of body shape.
