Both of them travel at the same speed. They are however different in wavelength and frequency.
A legitimate question is: Q: Which light has more energy, red or green? A: The answer would be green, as it has a higher frequency. Speed = wavelength x frequency Speed of light or any other form of electromagnetic waves is always the same, regardless of frequency. Since the speed is always the same, higher frequency means shorter wavelength, and vice versa. |
