Sorry I'm not sure what age group your in so this might be a little hard, but all these books are really good.

Okay for someone from the age of 10 to 16 I would say Deltora Quest.

If your a little older I would say 'Lord of the Ring's (Get past the first 30 boring pages and it gets really good.)

----------------

David Field:
'Friends and Enemies'

'Friends and Enemies' An action-packed adventure time-travel romance in which the fifteen year old Tommy of today, with his working cell phone, is thrust into the conflicts of four hundred years in the past, meeting and falling in love with Eloise, Countess of Narbonne, as they take on a power-hungry Bishop and his murderous brother.

----------------------

If your an Adult I would say:

---

Dark Star Safari by Paul Theroux:

I also just finished Dark Star Safari by Paul Theroux about his journey overland from Cairo to Cape Town just a few years ago. This novel does a great job painting a picture of the issues facing African nations and is entertaining in its accounts of the adventures of travel in a third world country.

---

Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer

I also read Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer about Chris McCandless and his solo adventure around the US. McCandless was eventually found dead in the Alaskan wilderness and his final days and months remain a mystery that Krakauer attempts to recreate through his book. This truly was a gripping story, perhaps one of the most interesting travel novels I’ve read.

Seychelles beaches
The Seychelles are known mainly for their exotic beaches. So much so, that it is likely that most of you have, unknowingly, seen some of them in movies and commercials - you know, the ones about certain drinks, snacks and shampoo. Tourism is still limited, which means that, with some effort, you can have one of those beaches (almost) to yourself! Obviously, the easily accessible beaches have more visitors, but even those are pretty empty.

Default The Korean War Is Over

My husband's brother-in-law,Joseph,an American real estate agent, came to China for a short visit to our city.To show hospitality at the welcoming dinner party,Mr.Sun,the host, entertained Joseph with Chinese wine, saying,"According to our custom,a brother-in-law coming to his wife's native country for the first time must drink three cups of wine."Joseph declined the offer by saying,"Thank you,but I can't drink even one drop." "Then our dinner won't be over without your drinking at least one cup,"insisted Mr. Sun. To this,Joseph responded,"The Korean War is over,Don't attack the Americans any more."
