Traveling two weeks abroad in October. I want adventure, culture, beautiful beaches, sun - where to go?

Egypt! Two weeks is perfect. You can experience all of the most ancient culture the world has to offer, between Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbal, and then fly to Sharm al Sheikh for sun, beaches, snorkeling, and casinos -- it's like Las Vegas with an ocean.

Spain and Portugal
Do a tour of the whole south of Spain and don't forget Portugal. Lisbon is amazingly beautiful.
If you're British you might already know Spain, so then I'd recommend Mexico or Costa Rica or Guatemala. All great and very interesting and weather is no problem.
