My wife and I will be launching an online business very soon to take advantage of the growth in the trend of home-based travel agents. However, I need someone with travel agent experience to help with training and support of new travel agents. When I search online for "hire a travel agent" there are plenty of travel agents who sell travel products and services. But I cannot find any that want employment (I can do this for most other occupations...like "hire an accountant").

The travel agent I hire simply needs to have a desire to help people. They would simply answer questions from new travel agents about the best way to book travel. They do not need to relocate (they can work from home) or quit their job.

How do I find a person who meets this description?
