There are no ferries from Florida to Puerto Rico. Or from any other place for that matter except the Dominican Republic. Your van would have to be sent via a cargo ship from New Jersey or Florida. Also, there are no passenger ships to Puerto Rico other than cruise ships and the DR ferry.
